Payment
Having our confirmation of your reservation and the reservation code you should pay 30% of the total sum of your reservation or of any other service you have requested for in advance (till the option date we will mention to you) so that your reservation can be confirmed and the rest of the amount 10 days before your arrival by credit card VISA or MASTER CARD or in one of our bank accounts. At your bank and on the payment, you have to mention the reservation code you are obliged to have it further to our confirmation:

All our services and our offers are described in these web pages or to our catalogues which are at your disposal. As soon as you or your travel agent asks for a confirmed booking to our hotel or for any other service and in case there is availability, you can make a reservation by phone or in writing (fax - E-mail).
