How to Book

All our services and our offers are described in these web pages or to our catalogues which are at your disposal. As soon as you or your travel agent asks for a confirmed booking to our hotel or for any other service and in case there is availability, you can make a reservation by phone or in writing (fax - E-mail).

What the price includes
Prices are issued on this web site include: the prices of your stay according the room type you have chosen, any additional service such us breakfast or lunch/dinner , as specified by you at the time of booking, all local taxes  and VAT.
We have the right, to amend later on, if something has been mentioned right or wrong, in case that is based on our issued pricelists.

Invoice
Please check your confirmed reservation that we will send you concerning names, dates, services and prices that are specified on it and must be followed by a reservation code for each service or booking. In case of any inaccuracy please inform us within 1 day of the date of sending you the confirmation. If no changes mentioned we consider all, as the right ones and any change will need a new confirmation. The invoice issued on your departure from the hotel or the accommodation or at the date of expiring service. In case that your reservation has been arranged through your own travel agency, then it has the responsibility of the invoice and  any further voucher.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of reservation, 21 days before your arrival there is charge of 30% of the total sum of the reservation.
Cancellation of reservation between 21 days and 7 days before your arrival has a charge of 50% on the total sum of reservation.
In the case that cancellation of the reservation is less than 7 days from the date of arrival, then we do not refund any money especially for high periods such as Christmas, Easter and high period and during summer period 15/06- 15/09. The rest period there is a charge of 50% on the total sum of reservation.

We will send your confirmation and reservation number immediately. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any special wishes, either regarding your room or for any additional services you might require upon arrival or during your stay in our hotel.

Through our travel bureau Les Hirondelles we can suggest excursions or arrange for your transportation from any Greek port or airport, from the city of Volos or elsewhere. We have our own means of transport, and offer attractive special rates for hotel guests.

If your party is a group be sure to indicate this when you book, and take advantage of the special PRIVILEGES we offer for small groups.
